Day 10 The other woman on the move

Well I must say that co-pilot of mine has been on a role she got the Wild Horse
Casino to pay for a full tank of fuel this morning and buy us a nice breakfast.
Got in and out of the fuel stop, no trucks, last time we were here it was backed
to the main road. Lite traffic and a tail wind we rolled into Rufus and found a
nice site close to the damn. Still having some daylite loaded the wife,kids& dogs
up and took a drive up some twisty canyon road that took us up on top of the
bluffs along the  Mighty Columbia river  &84 what a view  along with the acres
of rolling farm  lands and this neat old church from years past that the community
appears to be salvaging. This is good old America in all her beauty !!!!!

DAY 9 The other woman on the move

Well thats over. We got out the back door . Damn old people, things just weren't
moving the way we cam in, so I unwired a gate walked across the field to make
sure it would hold the bus and went 8 wheeling onto a neighbors driveway and
made our excape never to return again !!!!!! Had a nice ride down to Pendleton
used a few secondary roads we had never been on before. Enjoy looking at some
of the old towns that have faded into time, sad as it might .So now we are setting
in the casino RV lot while my co-pilot spends her Sunday-Monday casino bucks.

Day 8 The other women is still resting

Getting bored and gaining weight  Well the excitment for the day was drive over to Pullman
to see how the town had changed since Barb was there. It more like they tore the old town
down and built a much bigger new one . The second exciting thing was the White Elephant
gift exchange. Where you can take someone elses gift if you like theres better than yours
but someone else can take it from you. [up to2 steals then its safe]
 The morning will be interesting trying to get the right people to move their bus so the ones that need to leave can. The parking was a mess not very well thought out in case of a emergency.
The FMCA supplies the insurance for the club but has very strict rules for these events
which was totally ignored here.
  The club is called the North Western Bus Nuts but should be called theNorth western Prevo
bus nuts and some of these guys think because they have a high dollar bus, think they know
it all and there shit DON'T stink ..

Day 7 The Other woman is resting

Oh boy ,we hit it hard today !!!Breakfast at 8  ,Ham and eggs with fried tators and toast and
THEN  MAPLE BARS fresh no second day bars for this group.Then bull shit session till
10:30 then the girls left for some shell painting party. Guys another bigger bull shit session
till the girls come back about 3:00 GET THIS one of the girls driving was so excited to get
to this SHELL painting party she left her keys in the car running and then couldn't find
them when they got ready to leave the painting party???????????? Dinner at 6:00
hambergers, corn on the cob, salads, left over GOOD chilly and then ice cream and cookies
games and little moe bull shit. Oh I did clean the bus windshield and mirrors.
  Sounds like we have another hard day lined up tommor !!!!

Day 6 The other woman on the move

A new day ! Didn't really think about where we parked at the Casino was close to the
airport and milatary air base. My co-pilot told me all about the planes flying over last
nite, I didn't hear a thing ! I think the Indians beat her up pretty bad at the casino and
she had to borrow a buck from some guy just to get back home' so she was having a
hard time sleeping  !!!!!!!
 Out trip from the casino to the rally was smooth a few zigs and zags about 6 turns and
we were there. Have 12 coachs now with 3 more expected in the morning. 1 little rain
shower and the rest sunny so far.

Day 5 The other woman on the move again !!!!!

Day 5, time flies when your having fun !!!! Had a good visit with Tom & Judy and got out
of there on time! no problem getting out of town, great signage, run about 30 miles found
a fair priced truck stop, easy in& out,good weather and NO traffic. OK things are going to
good for us.Sure as _ _ _ _ as we got closer to Spokane I had my co-pilot call the ELKS
in Spokane to check on any sites {Now this is one of our favorite elks lodges sits up on a
hill over looking the city  and  no noise ,always friendly ] Its closed and sold so this is
where I had planned on dumping our tanks and taking on water. We started calling RV
parks within 20 mile range all full. Water was the main thing just didn't have enough for a
3 day dry camping event. We had stopped at a rest area to make a new plan as we were leaving
out in the North 40 was a dump site with  drinkable water . OK new plan again,oh yes, my
dear co-pilot has found   o yes thats right  A  damn Casino right out in the middle of some
farmers field. The last time I saw her was dinner, she just up and vanished into the crowd.
Remember back a few days with the CAT and the little electric divice ,that device is still in
her back pocket and I know if I push that button I will hear and find her !!!!!!  haha

Day 4 The other woman is resting

The old girl is resting today, in the morning we will head out for Spokane and hope to get
into the Elks for the night and then move up to the rally site Thrusday !!!!!!
 Had a little rain last night but the days have been great.

Day 3 The other woman on the move

Just another day ! As I got up this morning looking outside I thought to myself
what a dumb ass you paid 60.00 dollars to stay in this shit hole KOA park that
claimed to be big rig friendly ,roads made for a VW camper and built on a
hillside to boot and people parking their damn cars half blocking the roads so
to get out this mornig I drove across their lawn leaving deep bus tracks across
the pretty lawn at one point I thought we might become yard art so I just pushed
harder on the accelator pedal, If only I would have known 8 more miles down
the road was a big open parking area along the river for FREE!!!!!!
We are at Tom & Judys now and will leave for the bus rally Wed.

Day 2 The other woman on the move

Leaving the Lucky Eagle with a few extra dollars from my co-pilots winnings
from last nite. Had to give a few dollars back for some of that Indian diesel. We
are headed over Stevens pass today via some secondary roads that we have not
been on. So leaving the Casino I had given my dear co-pilot  some written out
directions with road numbers and addresses of different places to put in the  GPS
to get us on the correct Rd .Things went pretty good till we got to N Bend and
my co-pilot didn't like my route after we had already made our turn with no place
to turn aroud.Well my road pick turned into a heated topic , while she is talking
I'm thing about what happened to the CAT when it tangled with that coil, and that
coil is in her pocket now and I have the trigger for that coil  !!!!!! When we came
out on US 2 in Monroe things were OK !!! the rest of the trip over the pass went
good , the last mile over the summit made the little CAT work. We are Leavenworth
at a high priced KOA campground but it was all we could find.

Well ! here we go, feels good to head this thing down the road again . Did have to fight
off a few big spyders to just get in the door. So while checking the bus out I found this
little electrical divice, must have something to do with us getting sucked into all these casino's
along the way. SO I took a few minutes and converted it to a pulsing high output coil
with remote control and guess where I put that little device, YEP in my co-pilots pocket.
This should help with the I'll be there in a minute that turns in to 15 or 20 as the damn



Casino gods hang on.Now I haven't tested this coil on any humans but the neighbors cat
was walking by, when I hit the button, now let me tell you I've never heard any noises
like  that come from any cat and it was still 3 ft in the air going 90+.
 I will keep you posted on the coil. We are at the Lucky Eagle for the nite and will head
out in the morning.

Day 3 The Other Woman On The Move

So we got up a bit early this morning because this nice OLD guy next to us is super slow
hooking up and unhooking his NEW to him 5th wheel and I was worried he would  block
us in the way he pulled in.
 We was going to take on some fuel at the Casino truck stop but it was plugged up with
so  I passed thinking we would find another truck stop before we turned off towards
Pilot Rock  [WRONG ] no problem we have 1/3 tank in the main and 75 gallions in the
reserve . After we turned off 395 towards Heppner and then Hardman heading for Mitchell
I wasn't seening any places with diesel  but no problem I started transfering fuel into my
main so by now we are out in the middle of nowhere and the main tank isn't rising its
getting lower Ah SHIT. A nice drive in your car but some switchbacks I barely made
more of a  old wagon trail in excellent shape and Im sure there are finger imprints on my
Co-Pilots seat maybe more !!! Finally in Prineville we found a station that had diesel so
I squeesed in not able to backup I had to ask a guy to move so we could get out and head
towards another Casino  Indian Head on the way home. She wasn't  so cherful tonight
when she got back to the bus and that tells me the Indians are RICHER !!!!!

Day 2 The Other Woman on the move

Well the indians didn't scalp us during the night at Rufus  so we headed out` for the
Wildhorse Casino and our free stay with dinner. They even paid my CO-PILOT to
use their Slots not once BUT twice, good day !!! Oh yes !

Day 1 The Other Woman on the move

On the road again,its been to long, BUT we got out on time  3 o'clock only to
set in traffic for 45 minutes because of a wreck. Got to the Casino for our free
HIGH END dinner at the new Casino. Now we know what it feels like to eat
with the upper class if only for 45 minutes !!!!!
 The bus ran great got us up to Rufus where we stayed with Indians down  by
the mighty Columbia . Was surprised by the lack of campers for free and how
clean the whole area was.

Here we go again, got the old bus out,maybe for one of its last trips with us depending on the
market. Will get it listed on a few sights when we get home !!!
 Got a good start this morning, took on some fuel, raining with snow on the surrounding hills
oh-boy !!! Went alittle out of our way towards Banks Ore got on 47S out thru all the farmlands
and those DAMN circles made it to Arches for a good lunch, found 99S and just enjoyed all the
scenery with some of the not so pleasant farm smells. We ended up in Eugene at the Elks for th
night and will finish the trip to 7 Feathers in the morning !!
