Bryce & Zion National parks all we have to do is head
up Cedar Canyon, so the jeep will get a workout today
instead of getting pulled over the hill.Going up it reminds
me of Lo Lo pass but then the walls close in and you
climb almost 11,000 ft the poor old Jeep was wanting to
get hooked up to the bus after that.
First stop was Bryce National park, little different area
but its still a bunch of rocks millions of years old that
was once covered by a ocean etc etc etc.
So off to Zion and these are BIG rocks, interesting drive
one tunnel was a mile long. with next to nothing for
guardrails when you exit the tunnel and you would have
time to say Oh Shit several times if you went over.
So we got held up for a bit at the tunnel which made us
to late to get the last introduction movie for the day but
the buses run till 8 on the canyon tour.That will probably
be the last group tour or introduction type thing I ever
go on !!!!
