about 15 miles to a old shop along the back road we came in on. A 50 Ford convertible
with misc other cars.The car was complete, deluxe bumpers but major floor rust, but if
it was closer to home it might of found a new home, the car was straight.and I know a
guy that could fix it I think, if he would his schedule his time a little better.
So with some time to kill we plotted our coarse out of town, didn't want to have those
people waving at us again, at those traffic circles,they really didn't seem that friendly
Well. its time for the museum tour, if its related to speed equipment from day 1 its there
with the motors to put it on, and a good selection of car to use it., peddle cars, lunch boxes
small toy cars. Just the machine-engine shop is unbelievable, ever see a V16 smallblock
chevy ? you can't take enough pictures.
With that awful task behind us. we thought we would try the horse races , never been to
one, out of 9 races we had 1 win, 4 3rd place with a photo finish and met some nice people'
Tomorrow nite Sprint Car races if the rain holds off.
